Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Primary Care Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 1 Year of Clinic Experience License: Pending License Accepted Certifications: BLS Required Must-Have: Prior Clinic Experience Description: Registered Nurse needed for a dynamic family medicine clinic. Responsibilities include phone triage and patient education. Assist with minor procedures, medication refills, and prior authorizations. Communicate diagnostic results and manage transitional care. Candidates should have an understanding of patient health evaluations and treatment planning. Experience in medication reconciliation and house calls is beneficial. Knowledge of charting systems is preferred, specifically Epic. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and deliver patient-centered care. Responsibilities will also include monitoring vital signs and administering treatments. Effective communication skills are essential for patient interactions. Must be adept at both patient assessment and follow-up care. Experience with diverse patient populations, including neonates and geriatrics, is required. About Cynet Health
