Job Description
Excelsior Family Medicine is an established integrated health clinic working in a cross‑disciplinary model of primary care and behavioral health services. Our dedicated providers encourage clients to engage in mental and physical health, and we are proud to support this with the right care at the right time.
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a temporary assignment expected to last 9–12 months. This position plays a key role in delivering high‑quality clinical care while supporting the overall operations of the clinic. The RN will work closely with providers, patients, and care teams to ensure safe, timely, and coordinated care delivery.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, clinical competency in a primary care setting, proficiency with EHR systems, and the ability to balance patient care tasks with clinical operations support in a fast‑paced environment.
