Shift: Days | 8 hours/day
Schedule: 80 hours per 2-week pay period
Shift Window: Anytime between 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Weekends: No
On-Call: No

Pay Range:

• CMA: $22.23 – $27.37/hour, based on experience
• LPN: $24.50 – $32.77/hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a Medical Assistant (CMA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) . The selected candidate will assist healthcare providers with patient care, clinical tasks, and daily clinic operations while ensuring a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient rooming and clinic flow
• Support providers with patient care and treatment
• Administer immunizations, injections, and medications as directed
• Collect laboratory specimens and perform basic clinic laboratory tests
• Perform phlebotomy duties as needed
• Provide telephone and front-desk support
• Assist with prescription refills and prior authorizations
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and the healthcare team
• Order and stock medical supplies
• Perform other clinical or administrative duties as assigned
• X-ray duties may be required if appropriately certified

CMA Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (ABHES or CAAHEP) OR qualifying RMA program with required experience and certification
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative clinical environment

LPN Requirements

• Active Minnesota Practical Nurse (PN/LPN) license at the time of submission
• Current BLS certification
• Clinical experience preferred
