Service Intervals might fluctuate depending on a few factors such as: pool size, time of year, usage, on site presence, policies and site regulations.
The more frequently your Service Interval occurs, the easier it will be to guarantee your pools water quality. However, each pool is different and therefore we believe in catering to our clients’ specific needs and requirements.

Our Standard Service Components
Water Analysis & Treatment
We will analyse the water quality of the swimming pool and record pH, Alkalinity, Free Chlorine and Stabiliser readings. Based upon these readings, we will then determine the chemicals needed and calculate the exact quantities required to effectively balance, stabilise and treat the water in order to deliver the best swimming experience.
System Analysis & Troubleshooting
We will inspect and analyse the pool system for any problems or issues that may impact the quality and integrity of the pool. This analysis will include an inspection of the filtration system, pumps, automatic pool cleaners, pool skimmers, chlorinators and heaters. Should an issue be discovered, we will troubleshoot the problem and provide its findings and recommendations.
Standard Pool Maintenance
Our standard service includes:
- Backwashing and rinsing of the filtration system & cleaning filter cartridge.
- Cleaning of weirs, skimmers and pump baskets.
- Brushing of walls and steps and vacuum pool when required.
- Clean scum line where necessary.
- Scooping of floating debris.
- Check pump is running smoothly.
- Check chlorinator/ozonator is in working order.
- Check pool cleaner is operating correctly.
- Check and adjust timers.
- Check that heaters are operational where applicable.
- Ensure all safety nets and pool covers are on where applicable.
Additional Service Components and Charges
The following service components are not included within our standard service offering but may be required from time to time.
Replacement of Consumables
During our system analysis, it may be necessary to replace certain consumables such as: weir baskets, flow valves, APC diaphragms, APC pipes, leaf flaps, O-rings, filter lids, weir lids, weir covers, etc. We will replace these items immediately, as they are essential components of the pool system, and invoice for those items replaced.
Adjustment of Salt Levels
As part of our Water Analysis, we monitor the salt levels of those pools which utilise a salt chlorinator in order to ensure that the levels remain between 4000ppm and 5000ppm. Should additional salt be required, we will provide a quotation for the amount needed.
